The agreement

Terms & Conditions

The terms you accept when you book a puja, sanskar or anushthan with Ved Purohit on this website.

Last updated 31 October 2026

01Who you are dealing with

Ved Purohit. Reach us at +91 93364 11150 (call or WhatsApp) or vedpurohitofficial@gmail.com. Ved Purohit arranges pandits, purohits and acharyas to perform pujas, sanskar and anushthan, through its own team and the pandit ji profiles it lists.

02Who can book

You must be 18 or older. Give your real name, mobile number and the address of the venue — our team and pandit ji need them to reach you. You may book for a family member; give their name (and gotra, if you know it) for the sankalp. Anything booked from a signed-in account is treated as booked by its owner, so keep your one-time codes to yourself.

03Booking a puja

Choose the puja, a date and a time (or ask pandit ji to suggest a shubh muhurat), the venue and who arranges the samagri, and confirm. A booking is a request until our team confirms it. With Schedule, our team assigns a learned pandit ji and confirms the details with you before the puja. With Choose Pandit ji, your request goes to the pandit ji you picked and our team confirms it; if that pandit ji cannot come, we tell you and offer another.

04Muhurat

If you ask pandit ji to suggest the muhurat, the time you picked is taken as your preference; the final date and time are agreed with you when the booking is confirmed.

05Dakshina

A puja that shows an amount has that dakshina. A puja marked "Dakshina on confirmation" is confirmed by our team for your puja — depending on the vidhi, its length, the number of pandits and the samagri — and you are told the amount before the booking is confirmed. You can decline at that point. See Dakshina & Payments.

06Samagri

You choose when you book whether pandit ji brings the samagri, you arrange it, or it is discussed on the call. If pandit ji brings it, its cost is told to you with the dakshina. If you arrange it, the samagri list is shared with you before the puja.

07Paying

You offer the dakshina confirmed by our team after the puja. Pay only that amount. Never pay anybody who asks for money before the puja, or to a personal account, in the name of Ved Purohit — tell us instead.

08On the day

Please keep a clean place ready for the puja, the samagri you agreed to arrange, and the names and gotra for the sankalp, and have the yajman and family present at the agreed time, so that pandit ji can begin on time.

09Cancelling or changing

You can cancel free of charge from My Bookings while the booking is waiting for confirmation. After it is confirmed, call or WhatsApp us to cancel or change it — as early as you can. The full rules are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10What a puja is — and is not

Pandit ji performs the puja by the vidhi of the shastra, with devotion. A puja, jaap or remedy is an act of faith: neither Ved Purohit nor pandit ji promises any particular result. A kundli reading or muhurat is pandit ji's guidance from the shastra, not a guarantee. Tell us within 48 hours if you were not happy with how the puja was performed.

11Using this website fairly

Do not make false bookings, abuse or threaten our team or a pandit ji, or ask for anything unlawful. We may cancel bookings and close an account that does.

12What we are responsible for

Running your booking honestly, confirming the dakshina before the puja, sending a pandit ji who performs it with care, and helping to put right a problem with a booking made here. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; a booking is governed by the terms in force when it was made.

14Complaints

Write to Ved Purohit. E-mail vedpurohitofficial@gmail.com. Phone or WhatsApp +91 93364 11150. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place where Ved Purohit is registered.

A question before you book?

Ask us about the puja, the muhurat, the samagri or the dakshina — a person answers, and nothing is charged for asking.
